Dragons confirm 2018 VNSL squad

Celtic Dragons have confirmed their squad for the upcoming 2018 Vitality Netball Superleague.

Trish Wilcox’s side will once again be led by captain Suzy Drane as a host of familiar faces join forces in the hunt for Superleague glory.

Welsh international Drane is full of anticipation and enthusiasm for the new season.

She said: “It’s a privilege to be have been named as captain.

“I’m excited to be working with great management and teammates in what will be a very important year for the Welsh franchise.”

Kelly Morgan, who will serve as vice-captain, is also thrilled by the prospect of another year in green.

She said: “It’s set to be jam-packed with excitement I simply can’t wait to hear the #GreenArmy roar with us.”

Celtic Dragons will begin their season by hosting benecosMavericks on Monday 12 February at 7pm.

Management team: Trish Wilcox (Head Coach), Mel Tuckwell (Assistant Coach), Louvain Lake (Team Manager) and Michelle Woodward (Performance Analyst)
