The London venue has become one of the iconic locations for netball in the country with several Roses internationals and both the 2015 and 2016 Grand Final played at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Vitality Netball Superleague General Manager, Ian Holloway said: “The Superleague Grand Final is the pinnacle event on the domestic netball calendar and we are delighted to be returning the event to the Copper Box Arena for 2018. “The atmosphere in the ‘Box That Rocks’ is always incredible for netball so fans can look forward to another spectacular showdown as the country’s top two teams go head-to-head for the coveted VNSL title once again.” The format of this year’s finale will see the two winners from the semi-finals on Saturday 30th June battle it out to be crowned 2018 Vitality Netball Superleague champions. With 15 rounds of the 2018 campaign played, the race for a semi-final spot is still wide open. The 2017 Grand Final showcased the best of netball as Wasps Netball beat Loughborough Lightning in a 55-51 thriller to be crowned champions in their first ever VNSL season.
