Share England Netball Rose and Commonwealth Games gold medallist Kadeen Corbin has signed with benecosMavericks for the 2019 Vitality Netball Superleague season. Kadeen Corbin (Maverick #61), who is currently in Australia with the England Roses for the Quad Series, was last seen in the black and purple back in 2015 having been signed with Mavericks from 2013-15. Last season she represented Team Bath Netball and before that spent a season with Mainland Tactix in New Zealand. Kadeen had this to say about returning to benecosMavericks: “I’m excited to be returning home and looking forward to working with the team and building combinations. “I can’t wait to be part of the Mavs family again and play in front of the fans.” Kadeen scored almost 350 goals in the 2018 VNSL season with 85% shooting stats and benecosMavericks director of netball, Kathryn Ratnapala is excited to get working with Kadeen. She said: “Kadeen is a formidable athlete and we welcome her back home to benecosMavericks with open arms. “She has always been close to our hearts and we look forward to her partnering up with our attacking unit and Sasha once again in the black and purple dress.” Kadeen joins her sister Sasha, George Fisher and Lindsay Keable on the 2019 squad roster.
