Share A familiar voice for sports fans across the country, Caroline Barker is a regular commentator for Sky Netball. She was also on the mic as the Vitality Roses won their historic gold medal against the Australian Diamonds at the Commonwealth Games. Ahead of the Vitality Netball Superleague season, we caught up with Caroline to get her predictions on who’ll finish in the top four and to find out who she’s keeping an eye on in 2019. Who do you think will finish in the top four? In no particular order… the three definites for me are defending champions Wasps, who have strengthened through Bongi Msomi’s return. Then Thunder, who have the ever classy Liana Leota and the returning Eleanor Cardwell and Laura Malcolm looking to fire them on and Mavericks, who have brought in George Fisher after she’s been growing in the Vitality Roses fold. I think they’ll all be up there. As for the fourth place, I won’t do it, I can’t do it, but it’ll be one of three others! Which players are you most looking forward to seeing and why?
