Vitality Netball Superleague (VNSL) side London Pulse have announced their squad in full for the 2021 campaign.

The London-based club revealed their squad with an innovative livestream video featuring all 15 members of their team.

Hosted by Dan Wootton, the netball community tuned in to see the players revealed from defenders, mid-court to those in the shooting circle.

The entire team was announced together following the club’s philosophy that we are one team – no individual is bigger than the squad.

The squad had two new arrivals in the form of Isabel Stibbs and South African international goal attack Lefebre Rademan.

Several Vitality Roses and England youth players were also announced including the likes Halimat Adio, Zara everitt, Funmi Fadoju, Kira Rothwell, Olivia Tchine and Emma Thacker.

Other big returners included shooting sensation Sigi Burger, Northern Ireland international Michelle Drayne, mid-court star Adean Thomas and Monique Thompson. Ashleigh Dekker has also come back to the Copper Box Arena and Lindsay Keable will enter her 13th VNSL campaign with Pulse.

The London Pulse squad for the 2021 season is as follows:

Halimat Adio, Sigi Burger, Ashleigh Dekker, Michelle Drayne, Zara Everitt, Funmi Fadoju, Lindsay Keable, Lefebre Rademan, Ellie Rattu, Kira Rothwell, Isabel Stibbs, Olivia Tchine, Emma Thacker, Adean Thomas, Monique Thompson.

Sam Bird, Director of Netball and CEO, said: “I’m delighted with the player roster we have for the forthcoming season. The blend of our squad with internationals from South Africa, Jamaica, Northern Ireland and England makes our team the most diverse in the VNSL.”

She continued: “The athletes and staff all love working together and we enjoy our ambition to continually improve and reach our full potential together. Our two new athletes have been warmly welcomed into our family and we cannot wait to get back out on court and show the league and our loyal fans what we can do this season.
