Share The hugely popular Rachel Dunn has signed a new deal with two-time champions Wasp Netball. Dunn, who had helped Wasps to two Superleague titles in her time in Coventry will return for another season as the franchise hunts for their third Superleague title. It will also be Dunn’s 16th season in the league having competed in every season of the competition. In that time Dunn has won 7 Superleague titles, with three different sides alongside an impressive international career. “Going into my 16th season I think this will be one of the most anticipated and exciting ones yet! After an unprecedented 2020 with many players having not taken to the court in a league match for 11 months, by the time the start of the competition arrives, players will be raring to go. Our goal for the season will be to regain our title. With myself and many other founding players still around at Wasps, I am looking forward to seeing what our exciting new additions can offer. Bring on 2021!” – Rachel Dunn “First in and last out at training, Rachel is the ultimate athlete and consummate professional. The most decorated superleague player to date, Rachel knows what it takes to play at the highest level and win games. She wants to make sure all those that play and train with her get better too and she is a fantastic character who leads by example. Still playing her finest netball, Rachel is the most lethal English shooter in this league and I am so glad she is on my team. Rachel will continue to lead our front line this year with some exciting partnerships in attack to look forward to.” – Mel Mansfield, Head Coach Wasps Netball Related news post 15 hours ago Netball Super League and England Netball announce major partnership with Superdrug Online Doctor Reading: 4 mins Tags: 2021 Signing Window VNSL 2021 Previous Story Wasps retain the services of Fran Williams Next Story DEADLINE DAY: Donnell Wallam signs for Rhinos More News 15 hours ago News Netball Super League and England Netball announce major partnership with Superdrug Online Doctor Reading: 4 mins 11th Jan 2025 News London Mavericks announce leadership team for 2025 Reading: 2 mins 6th Jan 2025 wpforms Media Accreditation – Netball Super Cup 2025 Reading: 3 mins 20th Dec 2024 News NIC Leeds Rhinos Netball appoint Lauren Palmer as new Head Coach Reading: 3 mins 20th Dec 2024 wpforms Event Accreditation – Netball Super League – Super Cup 2025 Reading: 6 mins More Google Ad – MPU – Right Column
