Share London Pulse Netball have today signed a multi-year partnership with Flyhawk as the club’s official sportswear partner. Flyhawk will design, develop and supply on court performance clothing, off court apparel and fan merchandise for the next 3 years. The agreement will see all London Pulse athletes kitted out in netball’s newest and most innovative sportswear brand. The London Pulse Vitality Netball Superleague squad will take to court for the 2021 season in bespoke performance kit, designed for netballers, by netballers. In addition, the entire London Pulse Performance Pathway will play and train in Flyhawk. Flyhawk is breaking the teamwear industry blueprint with a female focused product range developed by sportswear industry pros with the physiques of netballers specifically in mind. An aspirational brand for players, fans and staff alike to feel connected to. London Pulse join some of the biggest names in netball as official ambassadors of Flyhawk as well as representing the brand as its flagship partner in the UK’s top flight of the game. Inspired by the 2020 ‘London Pulse Speaks Your Language’ campaign, Flyhawk took this concept into the recording studio capturing the sound waves of ‘We represent London, we represent London Pulse’. The visual representation of these sound waves were converted into vector graphics and embedded into the new 2021 Vitality Netball Superleague matchday netball dress designed by the talented founder of Flyhawk; Stephanie Essex. Flyhawk founder, Stephanie Essex commented: “London Pulse share our long-term ambitions to break the blueprint in our respective industries and to overcome traditional and dated barriers in women’s sport. We believe that working collaboratively, we can together, visually elevate the London Pulse brand, and more importantly set an entirely new for standard netball and female sport not only in the UK, but globally. We’ve been extremely impressed by London Pulse’s commitment to making Netball accessible to more people from a wide variety of backgrounds. We were really drawn to this inclusive approach as at Flyhawk we believe that netball belongs to everyone and so we make products in the same inclusive spirit, with ranges for all the entire netball community.” London Pulse will be wearing Flyhawk’s new ‘Super Pro Netball Dress’ which has a unique and industry-first double racer-back feature, designed with a flattering fishtail hemline – proving a huge hit with the players. Sam Bird, CEO of London Pulse added:“We are thrilled to be able to finally share our partnership with Flyhawk who have become an extension of our team over recent weeks. We have been so impressed by Flyhawk’s approach so far from the kit design concept, customer service and engagement with our players but most notably receiving apparel that fits everyone in our squad from those that are 6ft 4 to others that are 5ft 4! The partnership extends much beyond the supply of kit for both parties and that was the appeal for us. Both London Pulse and Flyhawk are committed to raising the bar for Netball – there’s a much bigger picture here.” Speaking to London Pulse player and England Rose; Halimat Adio: “The girls absolutely love the new dresses especially the fit and shape of them. The dresses feel really technical when you wear them, like they have been carefully crafted and the concept of the sound waves embedded into the design really resonates with the entire squad. Myself and my team-mates all agree that the Flyhawk range is unquestionably the most comfortable kit we have ever worn in our years playing netball from grassroots to elite level. The range caters to our different body shapes and sizes to include trackies and leggings, which accommodate the taller members of the squad. We are incredibly excited to have Flyhawk as our new and exclusive sponsors – it’s so refreshing working with an innovative, forward thinking brand with netball as their primary focus.” The merchandise collection includes a wide range of products including items such as an Eco-friendly ‘Sofa Supporter’ Hoody made from organic cotton and recycled polyester as well as training tanks for aspiring players and fans to wear at training and in the gym.
