Defender Amy Howell joins Surrey Storm for 2024

Amy Howell is in line to make her Netball Super League (NSL) debut in 2024, as she joins Surrey Storm.

The defender was previously part of the Saracens Mavericks Pathway, before her career led her to the British Army.

On joining the duck egg blue Amy said:

“I’m so grateful for the opportunity and can’t wait to get started. I’m looking forward to improving and learning from others in the team.” 

Head Coach, Mikki Austin said: “Amy is a young up-and-coming defender, with a fantastic work ethic and ability to wear her opponent. As a previous product of Saracens Mavericks pathway, Amy’s career has taken her within the British Army, further showcasing her determination and work ethic.”
