Rachael Fee signs for Surrey Storm

Defender Rachael Fee is set to join Surrey Storm ahead of the 2024 season.

Rachael makes the move to duck egg blue from Severn Stars, where she played during the 2023 season.

Originally one of Team Bath’s homegrown players, having worn Blue & Gold at U17, U18 and U19 level, Fee made the move to Wasps Netball in 2022.

Rachael has also been successful at youth international level. Formerly a part of the England set-up, the 21-year-old first landed on the international scene during the 2018-19 season when she joined the Roses Academy.

She went on tour to Australia and New Zealand with the U19 squad, won the Netball Europe U21 Championships, and was selected for the U21 long squad for the World Youth Cup in 2021.

On joining Storm Rachael said: “This opportunity with Storm is an offer I just couldn’t turn down.”

Head Coach, Mikki Austin said: “We are really pleased to welcome Rachael to Surrey Storm this season.

“A proven NSL defender with starting experience alongside a tenacity to learn and grow with this team is a really exciting prospect. We can’t wait to get started.”
