(Photo by Shaun Roy/Gallo Images/Netball World Cup 2023) Out of a squad of 15 players, eight Netball Super League (NSL) athletes and six NSL training partners have been chosen to represent the Welsh side for their series against Uganda. With four NSL clubs representing at this series at the end of the month, this will be the first international series for 2024. The strong squad features fan favourites such as Nia Jones, Ella Powell-Davies, Bethan Dyke and Phillipa Yarranton, who have all been selected to be part of the leadership team for this series. Midcourters Dyke and Jones will lead the squad as Co-Captains supported by defender Powell-Davies and shooter Yarranton.
