Accreditation Conditions

IF YOU BREACH THESE CONDITIONS, ENGLAND NETBALL MAY REFUSE YOU ENTRY OR DIRECT YOU TO LEAVE THE EVENT AND WITHDRAW YOUR ACCREDITATION PASS.
Your accreditation pass (Pass) to the Netball Super League (NSL), Grand Final 2024 (Event) at Resorts World Arena, NEC Birmingham (Venue) is issued to you by England Netball (EN) under the following conditions:
1. Accreditation to the Event is a privilege, not a right. Your Pass remains the property of EN and MUST be returned upon EN’s request for any reason whatsoever. Applying for, or receiving, your Pass does not guarantee that you will be entitled to retain it throughout the Event.
2. Other Conduct: Unless specifically authorised or instructed by EN, you:
3. Your Pass has been issued to you for the purpose of performing agreed duties during the Event. Your Pass MUST NOT be used for any other purpose. For example, your Pass MUST NOT be used to access (unless specifically authorised or instructed by EN):
4. If you fail to observe these conditions and the Event Ticketing Terms & Conditions (located and posted on NSL Tickets Terms and Conditions) you may be refused entry or directed to leave the Event, and have your Pass withdrawn.

All persons (excluding fully affiliated members and contracted staff of England Netball) enter the venue at your own risk and accordingly release and indemnify EN against any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense whatsoever and howsoever arising (whether direct or indirect) resulting from, or in connection with, any claim threatened or made, or action brought against EN in respect of, or in connection with, your Pass to the Event and your entry to the Venue.
6. You consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with EN’s Privacy Policy, which contains information about how you may access and seek correction of your personal information, how you can complain about a breach of your privacy rights, and how a complaint will be dealt with.
7. EN may alter these terms and conditions at any time if such changes are reasonably necessary to address safety issues or otherwise protect the legitimate interests of EN.
