Marshall and Creak to lead Panthers in inaugural season

New Netball Super League side Birmingham Panthers have named Gabby Marshall as the club’s first-ever captain as they head into their inaugural season.
Marshall, who made her NSL debut back in 2013, brings a range of experience into the role having been a regular for Manchester Thunder, Saracens Mavericks and Severn Stars during her 13-year stint in the competition.
She is backed up by Betsy Creak who takes on the role of vice-captain for 2025. Creak made her NSL debut for Team Bath in 2020 and played alongside Marshall at Severn Stars last season.
The pair will be leading Panthers at the Netball Super Cup on Saturday 8 March live on Sky Sports (UK) and NetballPass (international) before they start their NSL season away to Leeds Rhinos on Friday 14th March.
Fans have the chance to see Panthers in home action on Friday 21st March at BP Pulse Live Arena as they take on Manchester Thunder. Get your Panthers home tickets now.
