The Netball Super League (NSL) gets underway this Friday, with all four games across the weekend available to watch live on Sky Sports and BBC Sport.

After many months of pre-season preparation, the NSL’s Clubs, coaches, athletes, and fans are ready and raring to go for round one. All four games across the weekend will be available to watch free-to-air, live and on-demand across Sky Sports and BBC Sport, so read on to find out exactly where to watch each game.

LexisNexis Cardiff Dragons player to watch: Bethan Dyke is no stranger to the Dragons, having made her NSL debut for the team in 2013. Moving back to the Welsh side after captaining Team Bath in 2024, Dyke will look to build on the strength of her existing connections with her fellow Welsh Feathers in the Dragons squad throughout the 2025 season. In round one, whilst many Clubs will be working to finetune new combinations, Dyke’s experience could be key to a successful start for the Dragons.
London Mavericks player to watch: After sinking the first ever Soft & Gentle Super Shot at the Netball Super Cup, Emily Andrew has already made her mark on the League. Joining the NSL from Australia, she is no stranger to a two-goal shot and all the tactics that come with it, so fans should watch out as she uses this experience when she takes to court to make her NSL debut with her new side.

London Pulse player to watch: Liv Tchine was picked by Nia Jones as the standout goal shooter in her Team of the Week following the Netball Super Cup after Tchine’s outstanding performance helped power her team to victory. Coming into the NSL season off the back of a breakthrough international window, Tchine will be a vital cog in the Pulse machine and certainly one to watch for fans.
Nottingham Forest player to watch: As Nottingham Forest make their NSL debut all eyes will be on captain Niamh Cooper to show us what the Forest way is all about. An NSL stalwart, Cooper joined the League in 2014 and achieved a top four finish in both the 2023 and 2024 seasons. Manchester Thunder player to watch: Amy Carter will play her first regular round match as captain of Manchester Thunder this weekend, and if the Netball Super Cup is anything to go by, she’s likely to be a captain who lets her on court performances do a lot of the talking. With both attacking flair and defensive prowess, Carter’s performance this Sunday will be critical to Manchester Thunder’s play across the court.
Loughborough Lightning player to watch: Nat Panagarry is another mid-courter that fans will be keeping an eye on this weekend, and her battle with Carter in the centre position will certainly be fierce and fantastic to watch. Panagarry is hoping to lead her side to a historic three-peat victory this NSL season and will be sure to leave it all out on court in a bid to get their campaign off to a winning start this Sunday.
