Player Bio

Beth Ecuyer-Dale returns to South Wales for her second season with LexisNexis Cardiff Dragons.

The Londoner can play across the mid-court and was a strong presence for Dragons in her first season, making nine appearances and providing 174 feeds into the circle.

Ecuyer-Dale joined Cardiff Dragons from London Mavericks, then Saracens Mavericks, with whom she spent six seasons, winning the most improved player award in 2021 and becoming vice-captain.

She made her Netball Super League debut in 2017 for Mavericks, having come through the Hertfordshire club’s pathway.

After starting at Otford Netball Club as an eight-year-old, Ecuyer-Dale joined Surrey Storm and competed in the Under-19 National Performance League when she was just 16 years old.

The 25-year-old went on to represent England’s Under 19 in 2018, touring Australia, and was also previously part of the Future Roses programme for the 2020-21 season.

When Ecuyer-Dale is in action you will often find her mum and sister cheering on.

Away from the Super League, Ecuyer-Dale is a netball coach and PE teacher, and also represents Academy Netball Club in the Netball Premier League.
