Betsy is a Welsh international and represented Wales at the 2022 Commonwealth Games.
Making her NSL debut in 2020 for Team Bath where she spent four seasons, Betsy made her move to Severn Stars in 2024 helping them to secure a top four finish.
She will play for the new midlands side Birmingham Panthers in 2025 as vice captain and has established connections with teammates.
