Player Bio
Hannah Leighton is a versatile mid-courter who can play at either wing defence or centre and hopes her move to Nottingham Forest will bring with it success.
The 26-year-old, who stands at 176 cm tall, began her Netball Super League career at Wasps and made her first appearance in 2021.
Moves to Cardiff Dragons and Strathclyde Sirens have since followed and she has racked up plenty of Super League experience as a result.
Leighton made her international debut for Scotland in 2021 and has represented her country at the Netball World Cup on her way to 27 national caps.
Leighton previously spent time in the England Roses pathway, where she was part of the Academy, before declaring for Scotland
Throughout her career, Leighton has showcased resilience and adaptability as she has dealt with the challenges that come with moving between teams.
Her dedication to the sport is there for all to see and Nottingham Forest Netball will benefit from her skills and experience.
