Ruth has played for the England Academy age groups growing up and has spent the past few seasons within NSL teams as a training partner, firstly for Wasps Netball then for Severn Stars, for whom Ruth made her NSL debut in 2023.
In 2025 Ruth has secured her first NSL contract and will bib up for Birmingham Panthers.
