Player Bio

Tyler Orr is hoping to bring her Australian flair to the Netball Super League.

The mid-courter arrived in the UK ahead of the 2025 season after signing for London Pulse and made an immediate impact as she helped her new side win the inaugural Netball Super Cup.

Orr spent the 2024 season as Adelaide Thunderbird’s 11th player in Suncorp Super Netball following three years as a training partner and made the switch to Pulse in order to assert herself as a regular starter.

“I wanted to take my future into my own hands by looking for new opportunities," she told Netball Scoop.

Orr’s netball journey began at Ladybirds Netball Club as a six-year-old before her progress began to accelerate at Cardijn College.

Orr emerged through the pathway in South Australia, playing for Matrics Netball Club before representing her state at Under-17 and Under-19 levels at the National Netball Championships.

She received a South Australia Institute of Sport scholarship in 2017 and was called up to the Australia Under-17 squad in the same year.

Her Super Netball break came with Collingwood Magpies in 2020 thanks to a call-up midway through the season, before she spent three years as a training partner at Firebirds.

Able to play across the mid-court, but most comfortable at centre, Orr looks to use her range and speed to dictate the tempo and push the Pulse attack forward.
