The series highlights Severn Stars, Manchester Thunder and Strathclyde Sirens, discussing the highs and the lows of player experiences, new-look clubs and a look at what the future could hold. Episode One showcases Worcester based side, Severn Stars. Following a disappointing 2022 season where they finished bottom of the table, 2023 would be a year of revival for Severn Stars under their new Head Coach, Jo Trip. After coming into the role late in the summer, Trip set about putting together a team of players with plenty to prove, that would spring a whole host of surprises this season as they finished a club record of sixth. Their secret? Embracing themselves, each other and everything in between.
